The Queen’s Favorite Quiche

Quiche is classic and always pretty great… but when you add in the flavors of caramelized onion, sautéed baby kale/spinach, crimini mushrooms, and my weight in garlic, it just satisfies on a whole new level! The cheeses mixed throughout add a perfect amount of creaminess. This is my (and my kids’) favorite recipe for a reason!

Warm these up by the piece for breakfast, lunch, or even a quick dinner! A whole quiche is a great addition to any party spread!
