I’m Ashley, the owner and baker at The Cookie Bar Queen, LLC. I’m a native of Phoenix, Arizona and have two small children who have been my primary inspiration on this adventure! I try to live a healthy-ish lifestyle so all of the bars have thoughtfully included ingredients and all serve a purpose.
The first bar to start that got everything going was the lactation cookie bar, which I was only making for myself when my son was about 6 months old. After sharing them with friends who were also nursing, there was a demand that I wasn’t expecting! So after those took off, the protein bars and then the veggie filled bars happened!
I love baking and cooking healthy foods and enjoy sharing them with the community. These bars are the first products of many more to come!
